Pat Gassaway

With more than 35 years of experience in real estate development, Patrick, a Professional Civil Engineer (PE), specializes in real estate consulting for private land developers of large mixed-use master planned communities. As President of Heidt Design, Florida's premiere mixed-use land development firm for over 70 years, he focused his attention primarily on the design of multiple master-planned communities throughout the Tampa and Orlando areas.  In 2013, his illustrious team of developers began to investigate how to incorporate game-changing lagoon-based technology amenities as a centerpiece for their communities.  Pat brings experience in the initial design and intended operations of these facilities as well as expertise in real estate development and insight to the priorities for the hospitality services provided to the lagoon patrons. These combined experiences better ensure that the lagoon technology-based amenities increase real estate values and drive increased sales absorption.
