Balmoral was a big winner in the recent 2019 Greater Houston Builders Association’s Houston’s Best PRISM Awards taking home five trophies.
Our gorgeous Amenity Village and Crystalline Lagoon was named Recreation Center of the Year. It’s easy to see why. Our signature amenity is more a vacation than recreation complex. Blue water, sandy beaches and palm trees offer Caribbean-style relaxation. Our Amenity Village is 8 acres of perfection with a food truck courtyard, hammock park, playground and splash pad. A 7,500-square-foot clubhouse anchors the complex, offering well-appointed event space, a pool-side veranda and a fitness center.
We also took home an award for Event of the Year. The event was our grand opening celebration that featured Olympian Michael Phelps.
Our other awards included Signage of the Year, Direct Mail Piece of the Year/Business to Business and Television/Video Promo of the Year.
Our developer, Land Tejas, was named a finalist in nine other categories, including Master-Planned Community of the Year for Balmoral and the coveted Grand Awards for Developer and Promotion.
The Houston’s Best PRISM Awards is a premier event that recognizes excellence within the Houston homebuilding industry, including developers, builders, remodelers and others.
